Condizioni generali
1. Prices are subject to change based on the period (low or high season, holidays, special events), the number of guests and length of stay. All services listed in our facility, daily cleaning, consumption and breakfast are included in the price.
2. Being outside Rome is not due the tax.
3. The day of arrival the Check-In will take place starting at 5:00 pm until 08:00 pm (at the time of booking is necessary to communicate the time of arrival to avoid discomfort). Any significant delay or advance compared to 'time previously communicated will not be guaranteed the presence of personnel in the structure.
094. The day of departure the Check-Out must be made by 09:00 am, not to cause inconvenience to guests following. Any significant delay will be required the cost of an additional night.
5. To confirm your reservation at certain times of the year (peak season or special events), it may require a deposit equal to the amount of one night. This payment can be made by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer it is necessary for the confirmation of the reservation, sending the CRO (Reference Code Operation) by email to: info@alberodelpepe.it.
6. Confirming the reservation, the customer explicitly declares to have read and accepted the general conditions.
7. PAYMENT IN CASH, WILL 'BE MADE ON ARRIVAL GUEST (excluding deposit already paid when booking). We do accept credit cards (VISA-MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO). We do not accept checks or other payment methods.
Please note that upon arrival each guest at the B & amp; B will show, necessarily, an identity document valid.
8. Under no circumstances will accept unaccompanied minors by a parent or legal guardian. For children not in possession of an identity document ensures the breadwinner or parent.
9. In case of cancellation: please kindly communicate this cancellation notice of at least one week. If it had been already paid a deposit, this will not be refunded.
10. In case of early departure: the early departure must be notified no later than the time of payment and the issuance of the receipt. Otherwise the customer will not be refunded any amount.
11. The amount due for your pet is 35 euro per night (food for the dog is not provided) and is required only for the higher cost of cleaning necessary to ensure perfect hygiene to the guests later. Our guests should always lead your dog on a leash when you are outside of your room in order to avoid unpleasant incidents. The cost of any damage caused by the dog inside of our property will be the responsibility of the dog owner.
12. Guests are asked to take care of the furniture and electronic equipment structure and communicate more damage. Therefore the customer is required to pay damages of considerable extent caused by himself (for minors responsible for them and companions).
13. Theft and / or intentional damage will be immediately reported to the competent authority.
14. The owner accepts no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, robberies that are needed to the guests during their stay.
15. In case of disputes between the two parties, the jurisdiction for the resolution is to Rome.
16. The smoking ban is extended to the whole building. Therefore, please only smoke outside the building.
17. The visits of relatives or acquaintances (with a valid ID to display) to be authorized by the operator.
